Job Description for Maintenance Technician:

• Responsible for maintenance repairs of mechanical and electrical components for production equipment.
• Ability to repair and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC equipment.
• Maintain condensate, compressed air, water, natural gas, chemical transfer, and other support systems throughout the plant.
• Interpreting or reading equipment manuals, blueprints, and other sources of information to ensure proper operations and repairs on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards for maintaining equipment and cleanliness.

Job Requirements for Maintenance Technician:

• 2 2-year technical or associate’s degree is preferred but not required.
• 4+ years of experience in maintenance of mechanical and electrical components in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of the CMMS program.
• Working knowledge of FDA, GMP, SQF, and other regulatory requirements is preferred.
