Job Description for Civil Engineer-Renewable Energy:
- Evaluate site visits for project feasibility.
- Participate in the layout planning of proposed sites.
- Develop site plans, solar designs, engineering calculations, and structural drawings.
- Create site plan and construction document drawings that will be used for permit approvals and construction.
- Deliver design and technical solutions that meet project goals, timelines, budgets, and client standards.
Job Requirements for Civil Engineer-Renewable Energy:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in site development, civil 3D design in New York State in Solar Space.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d design software.
- Professional Engineering or EIT (Engineer in Training) certification.
