Job Description for Construction Engineering Manager:

• Manage and oversee on-site construction operations, managing subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Lead and drive success within your team from design to completion while ensuring safety and quality.
• Drive change and scope, always balancing costs, budgets, schedules, and people.
• Estimate, propose, and present project upgrades to clients.

Job Requirements for Construction Engineering Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or project engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience with HVAC or mechanical construction.
• Ability to keep a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication, written, listening, and negotiating skills.
• This is a 3-5 year project in Baltimore, MD.
