Job Responsibilities for Production Manager:

• Drive continuous improvement forward for improvements within production.
• Revise production priorities and schedules as needed due to equipment failure.
• Analyze production reports to determine causes of waste, downtime, and OEE within production.
• Maintain a working relationship with the Union by following the terms of collective bargaining agreements.

Job Requirements for Production Manager:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in Converting/Corrugated Packaging supervisory.
• Have a track record of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify issues when they arise on machinery.
• Union experience is a plus
