A leading fabrication and energy firm in metro Denver is hiring a hands-on EHS Manager to support a facility that’s scaling fast and maintaining an already strong safety program—but needs the right person to evolve with it.
This is a high-impact, full-time role reporting directly to the Corporate Director of EHS, with dotted-line visibility to a developmental, people-first Director of Manufacturing. The plant specializes in structural steel, heavy fabrication, and welding, with increasing demand from safety-conscious customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Fine-tune and adapt existing EHS programs in a high-growth fabrication setting

Partner closely with shop leadership to manage risk in a changing workforce

Train and coach new employees as headcount expands rapidly

Maintain compliance, investigate incidents, and manage claims with precision

Support field safety efforts and collaborate on best practices across the organization

Anticipate safety implications of automation and robotics as they roll out
What You Bring:

5+ years of EHS leadership in fabrication or welding-heavy environments

Proven ability to evolve safety programs to meet changing risk profiles

Strong knowledge of OSHA

Capable trainer and communicator—engagement-focused, not just enforcement-driven
