Job Description for Electrical Engineer Lead:

• Mentor electrical design staff to enhance their project knowledge and technical skills.
• Be the subject matter expert in client meetings and project interviews.
• Manage the design of building electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, data/telecommunications, and fire alarm systems.
• Perform circuit design, layout of electrical switchgears, and lighting calculations.
• Work closely with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
• Coordinate with multiple teams on electrical design efforts from concept to construction.

Job Requirements for Electrical Engineer Lead:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical design, project engineering, and project management.
• Proficient in electrical design software such as Elum Tools, MS Office, and Visual.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, industry best practices, and standards.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership, and organizational skills.
