Job Responsibility for Engineering Manager:

• Lead a team of Project Engineers and serve on the site leadership team.
• Develop operational vision, direction and people resources needed to deliver results.
• Develop a 3-5 year plan for normal operations.
• Provide strategi technical and engineering support for operations as well as project engineering for non-capital projects.
• Ensure projects meets requirements regarding technical, quality, reliability, cost and schedule.

Job Requirements for Engineering Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• PMP certification
• Experience managing $40 MM + capital portfolio.
• Experience developing and executing projects $10 MM +
• Experience within industrial food processing or dry material/bulk handling systems.
