Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment and analysis of existing structures to determine restoration needs.
- Support the preparation of project proposals, budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop restoration strategies and plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Assist in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize engineering software and tools for project planning, analysis, and management.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in project meetings and provide support in resolving technical issues.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Up to 2 years of experience in civil or structural engineering (internships or co-op experience considered).
- Familiarity with structural analysis and design principles.
- Basic proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
