Our client, a leading supplier of corrugated packaging machinery to international markets is in search of a bilingual (English and Spanish) Field Service Manager to join their team. The Field Service Manager will be in charge of overseeing a global team of remote technicians, addressing machine problems, and organizing technician deployments for new machine installations.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to coordinate new machine installations, making sure that installations are completed on time.
• Occasional travel to customer sites as needed to support service activities.
• Lead and manage a geographically dispersed team of remote technicians.
• Regularly update senior management on service policies and procedures, guaranteeing efficient and effective service aligned with company standards.
• Develop service procedures and policies to ensure that all service activities are conducted in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to resolve issues and problems that arise with machinery.
• Corrugated machinery experience is highly preferred, but not required.
