We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Operations Teams in Madison, WI. In this role, you will play a vital part in servicing and enhancing water and wastewater control systems. Your expertise will contribute to the successful startup of systems crucial for controlling and monitoring of a resource that we all use daily – Water!

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to field service calls
Perform startup and modifications to water and wastewater control systems
Work with a team to ensure understanding of the products and establish project schedules
Travel in Wisconsin and bordering states

Experience/Skills:

Experience troubleshooting electrical control systems
Ability to read electrical schematic designs
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical
A 2-year technical degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
