Job Responsibilities for General Manager:

• Drive continuous improvement to build a better production flow.
• Build a performing team and work to drive change within the company.
• Partner with Corporate Sales Manager to identify business growth opportunities within key accounts.
• Build a business relationship with other managers within Sales, Business Unit, Logistics, Production, Safety, and Quality to help better serve customers.
• Lead a team of up to 100 people to drive change and collaborate well in a team environment.

Job Requirements for General Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
• 7+ years of experience in management within the packaging industry.
• Proven experience in budget and financial management.
• 7+ years’ experience in Corrugated Manufacturing or Operations.
• Knowledge of capital management, P&L, capital budgets and analyzing financial data.
