Our client is a small (20-30 employees) but long tenured family owned manufacturing company in Waukesha County, In its 60+ years in business it has established itself as a market leader in its niche manufacturing (fabrication, welding, assembly, paint) space.

As family leaders consider future retirement, they are seeking to build succession planning into the mix. They are seeking a hands on Director of Operations to help lead the company to the next level and secure a strong future for everyone.

Ideally, the candiate will have strong interpersonal leadership skills, seasoned manufacturing experience, and a blend of financial acumen, industrial financial management, change management, and a continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing) experience.
