As we expand our operations in McPherson, Kansas, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to lead and support cross functional teams and to implement industry initiatives. This role will work in McPherson, Kansas until our brand-new facility opens in 2024 and will relocate to this facility at that time. Responsibilities:

-In depth equipment reliability analysis
-Drive predictive and preventative maintenance and align them with OEE goals for the organization
-Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to improve overall manufacturing processes
-Provide technical expertise across the engineering and manufacturing functions
-Focus strongly on OEE targets and goals

Requirements:

-Ability to relocate when new facility opens
-Strong cross functional work skills
-Travel up to 50%
-Understanding of raw materials, processes and techniques
-Knowlege of testing procedures related to quality
-Experience with CAD software including CATIA, Solid Works 2015, AutoCAD
