As we expand our operations in McPherson, Kansas, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and drive cost effectiveness and reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities:

-Offer technical expertise related to all manufacturing processes
-Identify areas for continuous improvement
-Work with maintenance, tooling, engineering, quality and other departments to drive improvement initiatives
-Maintain all supplier relationships to ensure accurate and timely completion of manufacturing projects
-Utilize lean manufacturing initiatives to create a more cost-effective manufacturing operation while also maintaining reliability
-Present data to leadership in meetings regularly and provide input into projects

Requirements:

-Strong mechanical engineering technology experience
-Extensive knowledge of principles such as GD&T, engineering, design techniques, blueprint reading, and technical plans
-CAD program experience
-Experience executing lean methodologies
-Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
