Requirements for Manufacturing Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Experience with Manufacturing Engineering within a Union Facility.
• Experience with hydraulic systems/drivetrains.
• Lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities for Manufacturing Engineer:

• Design, develop and plan machine & equipment layout, to enhance workflow within the manufacturing plant.
• Assess employee work activity to recommend improvements to increase performance, productivity, reduce waste and delays.
• Recommend production improvement that resolve technical problems.
• Analysis & evaluate the location, material resources and structural design.
