Our client, a well established yet rapidly expanding manufacturing company has an immediate direct hire opening near Albuquerque. This startup fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint facility will likely grow to 3 shift and 250 employees.

As a result, the company needs a transformational leader to prepare the facilities, systems, and employees to scale from current state to planned future state beginning right now.

The Plant Manager / Leader must have:

• Significant operational leadership in durable goods manufacturing
• Proven experience in leading organizations from good to great
• Strong skills in the development and engagement of long tenured employees
• The ability to establish high standards and to hold the organization accountable to those standards
• Past history of managing organizations through planned and sustained changes and/or successful scaling of manufacturing businesses
