Manufacturing Quality Manager
Our client, a $.5 market leading manufacturing company, has an immediate direct hire Quality Manager opening at their durable metal goods manufacturing facility in northeast Arkansas. The company’s products are used in many applications including medical, consumer products, military, industrial, aviation, and other markets. This adds to the stability of the company and provides avenues for growth
While the plant location has existed for many years, new leadership at the corporate level is transforming the organization, setting higher standards, upgrading equipment and plant support, and further developing their workforce. This is a chance to support positive change and build a stronger future.
The Quality Manager will be part of the QC team to create robust quality systems, documentation, testing functions, and durable QC processes. Using their quality toolbox including PFMEA, Corrective action, SPC, DOE, root cause analysis, ISO, CpK, and six sigma, the Quality Manager will insure QC standards are robustly met. The QM will lead the small team to higher performance. This is an onsite role, with some longer term hybrid opportunities.
Ideally, qualified candidates will have significant industrial manufacturing experience, honed quality department experience, and change management.
