Job Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in Virginia.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing HVAC systems for commercial and educational buildings.
• Proficient in design load calculations and energy modeling programs such as Trace and ComCheck.
• Skilled in using REVIT software for design and project documentation.
