Our client is a mid-sized multi-plant manufacturing company which supplies automotive and heavy truck components, Recent growth has come through acquisition and organic growth.

As a result, they are actively recruiting their next Multi-site Quality Director to fully manage the further develop the strategic quality function at each of their distributed plants throughout North America. The ability to influence the behaviors and performance of 4-6 direct reports and up to 40-50 indirect quality technicians and professional is necessary for success.

A degree is required as well as transformational leadership within a quality function. Medium to high volume, lower mix manufacturing and/or industrial experience is very helpful. Automotive, heavy truck, transportation related industry experience very desirable.

This is an immediate, direct hire position with high visibility, significant challenge and support, and ability to see the results of your efforts. Hybrid and remote options are not available for this role.

Client prefers candidates living in greater Chicago or Southeast Wisconsin, or Northwest Indiana areas. Relocation assistance is available on a case by case basis.
