This is an onsite position.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Senior Product Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the technical and documentation release aspects of our client’s product development and life cycle. Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will ensure seamless coordination to meet customer expectations in new product development, technical support, ongoing product improvement, and sales support. Your responsibilities will include supervising and training engineering department personnel, creating and reviewing product models and prints, providing technical support, and collaborating with customers to recommend appropriate products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 4-5 years of relevant work experience with 1-2 years of management experience
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) platforms
• Strong flexible thinking and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments
• Experience in managing engineering staff, including training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution
