Job Requirements for Project Manager:

• 2+ years’ experience with Blueprint Reading, Customer Service, and project management.
• Knowledge of the Rubber industry and products.
• Knowledge of CAD for material specifications.

Job Description for Project Manager:

• Participate in scheduled business reviews both externally and internally.
• Oversee all account activity from quoting through first part of production.
• Develop strengths and weaknesses to improve within assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with multiple departments representatives that influence the buying decisions.
• Work with team members to coordinate sales efforts.
• Build strong customer relationships to maintain business and new product opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between the company and customer to ensure successful customer demands and exceed expectations of the customer.
