Join our dynamic team as a full-time Registered Land Surveyor in our vibrant Chattanooga office. As a key player, you’ll manage survey projects spanning public and private sectors, collaborating with professionals in civil engineering, landscape architecture, and fellow surveyors. Your role will contribute to the development of diverse projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use endeavors.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Manage diverse survey projects in public and private sectors
– Lead control, boundary, topography, ALTA, and construction surveys
– Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams for project development
– Present data to clients and ensure project timelines are met
– Provide QA/QC for surveys and handle staff management tasks
– Resolve complex boundaries independently
– Apply knowledge of survey, boundary, state, and county laws
– Generate contour maps, alignments, and contribute to project research
– Oversee full project lifecycle, meeting financial objectives

Key Qualifications:

– Professional Land Surveyor license in Tennessee
– Associate/bachelor’s degree in Survey, Geomatics, GIS, or related field
– 5-8+ years of office-related experience
– Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
– Strong understanding of surveying fundamentals and equipment operations
– Effective communication skills
