Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze foundation designs, including shallow and deep foundations, ensuring they meet safety, functionality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage foundation engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Perform site visits to assess soil conditions, monitor construction activities, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications for foundation systems.
• Ensure all designs and constructions comply with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering within residential or commercial.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required will accept Engineering in Training (EIT).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Inventor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in design and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
