Job Description for Sales Executive:
- Responsible for identifying new clients and selling logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement services and solutions for clients and support company growth goals.
- Build market position by developing, defining, and closing new business.
- Arrange daily business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop a growth strategy and set goals to focus on both financial gain and profitability to meet ambitious revenue targets.
- Perform market research to identify new pipeline opportunities, presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
Job Requirements for Sales Executive:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of proven sales success in freight brokerage, freight forwarding, logistics, specialized freight, and ground transportation.
- Result-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Ability to attend 1 to meetings yearly with overnight travel and 20% daily.
