Job Requirements for Service Manager:

• Manage field service technicians and service support team.
• Maintain company inventory, including trucks, trailers, lifts, and tools.
• Manage developmental technician and customer training.
• Perform pre-job review with the technicians.
• Process and approve technician time in Paylocity and InspectAll applications.
• Conduct GPS audits.
• Provide on-call technician support.
• Estimate service opportunities in Sage 100 software.

Job Qualifications for Service Manager:

• 3+ years of experience within service lift, material handling equipment, and overhead cranes & hoists.
• High School diploma or GED, Technical college courses.
• Proven management skills, communication, and time management.
