Our client is known for its high-quality products and services in the overhead material handling equipment industry. With over 45 years of industry experience, they are searching for a Maintenance Service Supervisor within their Merrillville, IN Facility.

Job Description for Shop Fabrication Foreman:

• Manage up to 6 people which includes 5 fabricators and 1 painter.
• Responsible for scheduling, safety, maintenance and supervision of equipment, and training when needed on equipment.
• Maintain shop equipment, supply ordering, and fabrication on machinery with Mig Welding.
• Correspond with your team for quality, safety and accurately produce equipment.

Job Experience for Maintenance Service Supervisor:

• 10 years of experience within Industrial Machinery Fabrication.
• 5 years of experience in leadership and/or supervisory.
• Experience with MIG Welding on heavy industrial equipment.
• Must be able to pass the Weld Test AWS D14.
