Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or a related field)
- Active Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 10+ years of experience in water treatment design and operations
- Proficiency with CAD and/or Revit
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, and managing engineering staff
- Willingness to travel occasionally overnight
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to existing water clients and support business development for new projects
- Lead process improvement and optimization of water treatment systems,
- including filtration, pretreatment, disinfection, residuals, and energy/storage systems
- Conduct hydraulic modeling for treatment processes and storage facilities
- Manage and grow a team of 5–10 engineers, fostering leadership and career development
